Can’t recommend Melissa enough!
Melissa is extremely intelligent, professional and brings with her a wealth of expertise is project management. As an exhausted sales manager, I had been wanting to transition into project management months before meeting Melissa. I was doing what I could with no direction. All I knew is I was reaching burn out and I needed to transition out. When I had my first call with Melissa, I knew I would benefit from having her. But I did underestimate what big of an impact she would make. She had a very thorough approach, took the time not only to learn about my experience and skill set, but she had me really look within myself to find what things I’m looking for and where I see myself long term. She created an amazing resume with all the transferable skills I didn’t realize I possessed. She’s also been great at keeping me motivated and encouraging me when self-doubt and imposter syndrome kick in. Only 6 weeks after starting to work with her, I’m getting interviews in project management. I’m super confident that I’m on the right career path and I have a detailed list of action items, including networking tactics and certifications that I’m executing to continue career growth. I can’t wait to re-engage her next year when I’m ready to level up in the PM field. I have colleagues who have also had amazing results from working her.
