This course for me has been an experinace. I have grown and learnt so much about myslef and other people. The girls at the call centre support have been amazing, they have helped me with every little issue and have really taken care of me. This course is more than just achieving a certificate, its about understanding yourself as a person, only until you've done that can you start helping others.
