They just lost $200 dollars
They just lost $200 dollars I just wanted to make the order online and pick up in store, but my order got canceled. So I called the store, they said reorder it again, so I did, but it got canceled again; I called the store again, they said that it seemed to be a problem with the website; called the Michales help line; the lady that anwered said it would take them up to 48 hours to confirm my order information! So I call the store AGAIN, I got transferred and nobody picked up the call, so I hung up and called AGAIN, and same thing, left waiting for 10 minutes after they said they would transfer me to somebody that would help me the second time. Went to Joanns website and found some frames cheaper and I can pick them up in an hour
