Absolutely unacceptable service.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered a vital tool for an urgent job, received confirmation, and expected delivery as agreed. It never arrived. I called customer service to find out what was happening — after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was cut off. No call back, no email, no update. The next morning, still no delivery. My team is on site with nothing to do, costing us time and money. I’ve now been on hold again for over an hour with no answer and no help via the live chat either. Eventually, I got through — but only by calling the sales team, who picked up in 10 seconds. Now I’m being told the items I ordered weren’t even in stock to begin with. Completely unacceptable. Please process a full refund immediately. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be using your services again.
