Patiently waited for my $3600 order for…
Patiently waited for my $3600 order for 5 months. When I started calling looking for update I been fed random "stories" from warehouse delays, to blaming manufacturer, then supply chain issues, then there were 20 more customers ahead of me waiting in line for the same product, and the latest one topped the cake with blaming transaction processor and telling me to get my money from my credit card company cos they will not issue refund nor gonna send product. Not talking about numerous times "customer service" just hang up on me on the phone. Oh yeah, somewhere in there they requested too to pay $75 for liftgate service too cos my item was "about to ship". Never did. Absolutely terrible company. Is it even real company or just some sort of money laundry scheme?! I am still in limbo and I not sure if I will get money back even from credit card company since its has been so many months. Avoid at any cost!
