I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. My husband got me a nice e-bike as a present, and I was very eager to ride it. It's been over a month and I've been using it only as a regular bike, because the battery does not work. Their customer service insists that it's the charger (of course, replacing it would be 10 times cheaper than a new battery!) but that's not even the problem: they say they have no chargers in their warehouse. They answer emails very late and they give cold, short answers. Absolutely unprofessional. Can't return the bike cause it's been over a month, and that's why I feel their late email replies have been intentional, just dragging the conversation. Appalled by this disgusting display of unprofessionlism.
