Very disappointing
My child has been with Explore Learning Finchley for 4 years. The 2 years of pandemic were very beneficial and he made great progress. At the time, the management was great and even if tutors kept changing every 2 months, we were advised on time and replacement tutors were briefed accordingly. Since a year it’s been a disaster. Not because of the tutors who are always good and professional but because of the management. The management have changed too many times, the tutors are never the same, the replacement tutors are not briefed at all and my child has not made progress as expected. I had a long talk with the management who does not acknowledge all those issues, or instead of installing new processes, just keep apologising. Very very disappointing. Just go with a face to face 1:1 tutor who will be the same person each time and will be able to support your child’s academic journey consistently.
