Poor communications
I donated my vehicle in Oct 2023. It took several calls to get a straight answer and schedule pick up. One operator ever argued with me about the situation - but she’s probably just at a call center somewhere and not directly associated with the organization. In January, I reached out to get a letter with final donation value and was ghosted by this organization. That was disappointing. I hope they legit got some value out of the donation and put the money to good use. I’m not feeling 100% certain that’s the case.
