Poor service and hidden fees
Dealt with Brierley Hill office. Seemed to start off well, but eventually it became a challenge to receive responses to queries and hidden fees seem to be the norm. Ended with a dispute over fees that had been agreed in writing a month earlier on the day of completion. Would not recommend.
