Rental property was great and no issues checking in or out. Carolina Cabin Rentals requires renter to place a big security deposit and then charges an admin fee to return the security deposit, which takes up to 3 or 4 weeks. This extra charge seems like another way for Carolina Cabin just to take extra money from the renter, one more hidden fee.
