Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, so called 'service'. We have just moved and connected with Origin our electricity internet and gas. We have gone a 5 days without hot water, waiting for the gas bottle delivery day to come. We waited all day, no one showed, called them at 3pm,only to be told that the driver said it was unsafe to deliver. Total croc! I waited at home ALL day and nobody came to deliver, I asked to speak to their supervisor and was told I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone but them, they were the supervisor. Total croc! Again. We have 2 45kgs gas bottles already secure in place and when we were asked on the initial consultation/connecting phone call, we were told clearly, YES, WE CAN DELIVER. please DONT use Origin Energy. Thankfully ALGAS were accommodating and we have gas. Delivered without any problems. They were amazing to deal with. ALGAS people, they are amazing!!!
