Dishonest about price and delivery date
I ordered tires from Giga yesterday. There were two issues I felt were dishonest. 1) they cite a final price, including tax, during the online purchase. Some other online sellers had a very similar price. However, when I went to pay, they added another 6% that was not previously mentioned for a recycling fee (this cannot be as they are not disposing of my tires and I'm located in another state) and "handing fee" even as I also paid for the shipping. 2) The stated that the tires would arrive in 1-2 business days, however, they did not even bring the tires to FedEx for two days, and they arrived several days later. As a result, I had to reschedule my installation appointment. To be clear, I have bought tires online before and did not have either of these issues. Would have bought the same tires for less from another vendor if Giga had been honest about their full bill, and I would have received the tires much sooner. There is no advantage in buying from them.
