The support system used to be very responsive. Recently I have had tickets waiting for five to seven days to be replied to! I suspect that Heart Internet has cut its support staff or something - but the customer service has deteriorated to the point where it is no longer commercially viable for me to support my clients. Please fix. It seems as though this channel is the only way to get through to you!
