Stay away
Stay away! I have been in the industry for over 15 years and for the past three weeks I have had to liaise with Heart Internet. Wow, the average ticket response time is a week. They are stubborn, unhelpful, and will do anything not to do any support or work. We had over 300 sites to migrate to them and they couldn't even help with an email migration or even sell a resseller account. In my opinion, I think they are winding down Heart Internet to push 20i even further. I thought the Paragon Internet group was bad, I was wrong! By far the worst hosting company ever! I've warned you. Best of luck if you go near these people!
