Terrible service

I ordered some games on 21Feb2025 but waited for nearly one month I didn't receive any so I emailed to their customer service and was told one of the game wasn't in stock!!! How come I know and they even not updated the status. Then I requested refund the one and asked to ship others right away. They promised to refund and ship others but after one week the status not changed and I sent another email to chase up and was told products pending for inspection. So I would like to ask what kinda inspection took so long????Or they just lied and actually nothing in stock???? I would ask for cancellation the whole order and get redund and never purchase again and not recommend anyone!!!!!
