Asked my local hospital and VA
Asked my local hospital and VA, both gave me the run around telling me to ask this dept or that dept. Over a period of time I got sick of it all. Wasting my time since nobody wants to take action. Reach out to Divanmed and sent them the proof to show it was needed. Was quick and convenient. Wish my local Kaiser and VA would have made things easier to work with.
