Dodgy company... Beware!!!
I ordered Urethral Sounds and paid an additional $20 for express shipping, but I never received the item. The company’s phone number doesn’t work, and the shipping information they provided appears to be doctored—it falsely claims the package was sent and delivered. They only responded to two out of the six emails I sent, and that was only after I threatened to leave a negative review. Their offer? A $5 refund on a $68 order, claiming they didn’t actually send it via express post. That’s not my problem—it’s what I paid for. This company seems incredibly dodgy. I honestly don’t know how they have any positive reviews… maybe they’re fake? For anyone else who’s been caught in a similar situation, I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and was able to get a refund.
