Website easy to use, the rest awful
Website easy to use. Decided on a delivery date but then had to change due to personal issues. Contacted Project Timber changed without any problems by putting it back a week and that's when things went wrong. The evening before, received an email to say shed would not be delivered as agreed due to not being able to get it on the lorry in time. Took numerous phone calls to make contact with Steven, who was absolutely useless, arranged for the next day delivery which was not convenient then said it would be delivered on a Saturday, agreed. Two hours later, sorry courier company do not work on a Saturday, agreed on the following Friday, no written confirmation received, I had to chase it up to ensure it was being delivered when they said it would. No one returns phone calls. Eventually it arrived. Some of the panels measurements are out and therefore making it difficult to line things, up, parts damaged and instructions not great. no follow up from anyone to ensure I was happy etc. Definitely would not recommend.
