Epitome of Great customer service!
The gentleman that assisted me with deciding and ultimately signing up was the epitome of customer service! He was patient and took the time to listen to my questions so that he could understand my questions and then he was knowledgeable and was able to kindly and calmly and accurately answer my questions. All of these characteristics are hard to find these days. I was able to decide on Spirit Dental and confidently choose a dental plan and when I hung up I felt good and secure about my choice.
