Missing luggage for nearly a month and zero compensation for it.
My luggage went missing for nearly a month after flying abroad. I completed the lengthy delayed baggage claims form as they requested and to date I haven’t received any compensation for it. Their customer care service is slow and horrendous. I won’t ever be flying with them again. I’ve flown with many other more affordable airlines before, and I’ve never experienced a delayed baggage issue like this.
