Got scammed at the Auckland branch
Got scammed at the Auckland branch, was asked to pay a $1500 security deposit despite nothing on the website stating beforehand. Still yet to receive it back despite returning car in same condition. Guy operating tries to beat around the bush, keeps stating “money will be returned”, “waiting for bank to reply”, and the most vague statements that make no sense. Tried reaching out to the company since bloke operating at the branch seems to be a scammer. Still no replies from the company….. 😤
