As a landlord I have found Martyn Gerrard to be totally professional. The staff are polite, experienced, well informed and extremely hard working. The property game has seen quite a bit of turbulence in recent years, but Martyn Gerrard just keep on delivering a superb service. In particular, my most recent experience with Jess H and Suraj who are both managed by the consistently excellent Andrew E has been a pleasure. Suraj was outstanding in finding, vetting and securing quality tenants. Followed by Jess E who was patient and handled all issues with the utmost professionalism. She did a brilliant job in securing a contract renewal. I like using Martyn Gerrard because it is clear that they ensure that their staff are well trained and operate to the highest standards. It might cost a little extra, but it is worth it. I have peace of mind knowing I have Martyn Gerrard as my agents.
