Your response doesn't actually respond to the real issue. I have finally received my refund, but let's clarify your response. Your customer service number is not valid for billing issues, as stated on your website. So that number was of no use for my situation. The communication from support was extremely limited and did not create confidence that my problem would be resolved. Next, I knew I did not owe a copay, and that was verified by my insurance company, so it was a matter of being charged incorrectly. My therapist is great but the company has incorrectly billed my $25 on my credit card when there was no copay with my insurance. I provided the documentation from my insurance company verifying these incorrect charges but it has done no good. I've emailed and messaged through the portal multiple times with zero response, and there's no way to call anyone for assistance. I will be forced to file a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back at this point.
