Unprofessional Behaviour
Exactly the same experience as most others. Absolutely zero communication and delayed day 8 tests. Had to arrange another provider because we couldn’t sit in quarantine not knowing when the kits would arrive. Day 8 kits were never received by the time we left quarantine after Day 10. Just had a pathetic response from NowTest today, 17 days after leaving quarantine saying delays are beyond their control and there would be NO Refund! Communications are completely under their control and their failure to respond to emails in a timely manner is inexcusable. Stay completely away from NowTest - appallingly unprofessional and untrustworthy, unless you’re prepared to lose your money and incur significant costs staying longer in quarantine. The fact they they are on the UK Government’s list of approved providers is equally galling. How did they manage that? Quite topical these days.
