Sonia was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of applying for our son's OCI. She was super prompt and super efficient in her communication. Told us exactly which documents we needed and walked us through the entire process. Got us an appointment of our choice and just helped us navigate what is invariably a frustrating process.
