Excellent automation capabilities
The automation workflows are fantastic - so much more powerful than what I was using before. Being able to trigger different sequences based on subscriber behavior has really improved my engagement rates. Integration with my other tools was seamless. My only complaint is that some of the advanced features have a learning curve.
