Review of Bracknell corner sofa and footstool delivered to Scotland
I ordered a black plush velvet corner sofa to be delivered to Dundee on 4th September this was around an additional £100 for delivery. I then decided to add a matching footstool to arrive in the same order the process for adding the additional item was flawless.The ETA for both was between 9th and 16th September however my delivery arrived on the 26th September.This felt like a very long time for me as I sold my previous sofa days after purchasing new one which was my choice at end of the day sat on camping chairs for over a fortnight however in comparison to DFS etc which is an 8 week wait it is decent and perhaps location played a part.Quality of sofa is perfect and looks extremely stylish comfortable yet firm so will keep appearance.It took a couple of calls and emails to homedone to find out when tracking details would be available from courier however this was followed up with the delivery team each time to put my mind at ease which was then taken over by the courier which gave precise tracking updates.
