After zero success trying to find helmets in Charlotte NC - I was about to give up when friends recommended Ride EquiSafe to me. From start to finish - it was a great experience. Prompt and helpful communication through Facebook messenger. I went to the store and met Michelle who spent over 90 mins helping me try on different helmets, explaining differences and making sure I found the perfect one. Her patience, empathy to my previous struggle and knowledge made the experience incredible. 110% recommended! Thanks for all your help! You’ll be seeing me again soon!
