I do recommend this company to others joe was very professional, cooperating,flexible and present. Although ,we came from Montreal and this made the mission harder but things went very smooth we choose a great house. Regarding price negotiation, it was a bit tuff but because of the market when it comes to a hot and competitive market prices become non negotiable . As for the legal part and inspection ,he advised us to great team and they covered all our misleads and weak expertise. Thank you joe and janet 😘
