I have decided to replace my content management services and give another shot to CDP and I don't regret it since then. Michelle Rhodes, my account manager, went above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer, while demonstrating full transparency to details and responsibility for every aspect of the services I received. She advised and knew how to adjust for me the types of content services I needed and kept in touch throughout, I really appreciate that. Jason Wright, my project manager, also takes a huge part in my customer experience, as he first and foremost makes efforts to accurately understand my needs, my niche, and business activities, while he performs excellent mediation between all departments until the final product lands in my hands, and takes care of constant communication to make sure I am 100% satisfied from the results. It is very relaxing to work with someone I know who is there and available for any question, idea, or problem I have. I would be lying if I said there were not a few technical glitches along the way, but these two knew how to make up for them, and in the bottom line, make sure I stay your regular customer.
