I still haven’t revived my order. edit: it was a 1 star prior to the direct messaging I received. I am a very understanding individual and am just happy to be kept up to date. This is exactly what they did and I am very happy with the customer service I received. Don’t hate on the company because of delays that aren’t their fault! I didn’t find out later that royal mail was to blame.
