Great company.. terrible delivery service

Pet drugs online as a company are great I’ve never had any issues they have always been very helpful. The old courier company they used was also really good at delivering the controlled drugs that I gave to order for my epileptic dog, however since they have changed to DHL I have so many issues actually receiving the drugs, they are meant to be signed for and they never are signed for they are either in a hedge or with someone two streets away. Last time they found my house ‘YAY however it was at 10.30pm, 2&half hours after the latest delivery time they gave me. I wouldn’t mind but I have a newborn baby and my bedtime is about 9pm currently! I get an order every month and it’s always a hassle once it comes to receiving my delivery unfortunately.
