Absolutely appalling.
Absolutely appalling. The guy was supposed to turn up 12-2pm,FRIDAY after confirmation by phone the night before . He rang about 1.15 pm to say .. sorry can’t make it … can do it tomorrow !! I lost $400 pay for taking the day off .. He said could do it tomorrow… knowing there’s a surcharge for Weekends! Money hungry , unprofessional and when I spoke to the person concerned he was arrogant , flippant and kept saying .. offered tomorrow ! It’s a two way street… you book with a 2 hour window , the date is set … customers ALSO have commitments.. eg WORK … so if you can’t organisé à work schedule , allowing hours, as you do, leeway .. then ring up in that time frame to say can’t make the job , tomorrow instead .. knowing there’s a surcharge… then say that wouldn’t be charged … that’s NOT COMPENSATION FOR A DAYS PAY OF$400 and it appears you’re just in business to make money . A free service of what was required would have been A PROFESSIONAL AND BETTER CUSTOMER RESULT . Arrogant and unprofessional and will definitely inform others NOT TO USE YOUR BUSINESS To add, received a response from this company asking me to contact them , customer service AND I did immediately.. the person who answered said she’d ask the relevant person to contact me ….. and I am still waiting !!! Great customer service … NOT
