4hrs and counting!! Smh
This has been my worst experience when it has come to customer service. I have been going back and forth with travelocity concerning my car reservation for the past 4 hours!!! Going back and forth being hang up on...getting transferred to the wrong people...everything you can think of and it's ridiculous. I of course heard of people going threw things like this and always thought of they are probably just being "Extra" well I now know 1st hand that it is possible. O have been on the phone with then since 7:20 am it's now 11:53 and no answer has been given....and all I wanted to do was reschedule my pick up time for my car because my landing time change. A simple problem only call for a simple solution! Not all of this. Needless to say I will never book threw them again! Waiting for an email now from one of there team...wish me luck!
