Personally, the Zima product didn’t work for me due to the condition of my retainers, BUT the customer service they gave me was impeccable! I emailed to tell them about the fact the product may not be the right fit for me and they provided me with an array of alternatives and tips to help me get the most out of my product. I really did value this!
