After Sales was Terrible
We were having a good experience with this company until our order got lost by Royal Mail. We approached the company who initially suggested that we should chase Royal Mail and do all the leg work until I pointed out that my contract was with them and not Royal Mail. I requested a refund on so many occassions but this was not forth coming. I waited for 30 days until I could approach my credit card company for the refund, to which, I gave them one last opportunity to do so. They still tried not to give me the refund until I pointed out that they were now in breach of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. After going back and forth for hours they finally decided to give me a refund. Even when they said they were going to give me a refund, the email arrived saying it would take upto 10 days.... The whole process was difficult, frustrating and so much time wasted when it could have been so simple. They have now lost a customer spending a lot of money and regular orders for vapes for £65 which they will get back from Royal Mail, makes no sense. This is my frist time writing a review for any company but wanted to let you know my experience and frustration. We are now using a different company and when we had an issue with a Vape, they simply requested a picture and sent us a new one, no quible, simple, straight forward and very little time wasted..
