I received 1 Free Spin of $.20 it hit for like 5 dollars I played that 5 dollars and luckily or so I thought hit a jackpot and won like $200 dollars it took me awhile lots of ups and down with any slots to hit this jackpot it was not automatic anyways I went to redeem my winnings which were $198 and I only received $25 I texted support and was told since it was free money that’s all I get I forfeit the rest I explained that wasn’t fair and was told by support that I should be happy with getting $25 for free AND I had to buy a $5 coin package just to be able to redeem money in the first place don’t give free spins if your not going to pay in full when the players win
