level 3 Supervising food safety course…
I undertook the level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering course. I am a head teacher and although I don't directly supervise the catering as we have a catering company I felt it was important to fully understand the process from delivery to cooked product. I now have a through understanding of this process and feel able to discuss any issues or support in implementing even better standards of food safety so our children get the best dining experience in school.
