Hopeless service !
E mail Nuffield Health with a query re price of a simple test, they replied to say they would be in touch in 2 days, a week later nothing !! Trying to speak to anyone at the hospital of choice is impossible, its all gone to a central call centre who are clueless. We all moan about the NHS, however they are much better than this provider.
