Very dishonest and discrimination against disability
I've been a customer of So energy for years and was quite happy unfortunately the cost of living happened and they pressured me into getting a smart meter then never gave me a bill for 10 months leaving me in debt. I am dyslexic and autistic also I have several chronic illnesses. They have given the debt to a collection agency and I'm now being harassed on a daily basis. There is no reasoning with them and no empathy what so ever. The consequences are they will lose at least 5 customer's that is recommended including myself. I am absolutely disgusted in the way they have treated me. Not only did they overcharged me for three years but the debt I'm now in is their fault. This has deeply affected my mental health
