The real test of an insurance company is when it comes to claim payment. On that count they are horribly bad and unprofessional company. They did everything possible to see that they do not pay my claim (from appointing surveyor after surveyors to declining my rent a car claim to no responding. Finally, when I reported the case to insurance regulator of UAE, they came to terms. Thanks to their intervention that they paid my car claim after 2.5 months and issued credit note for rent a car claim. But, again remained silent about a rent a car claim payment. Don't waste your money and time with such a bad company
