Dont use anyone else but sell my home!
My wife & I would like to say a huge THANK YOU !!!!! We wanted to sell our home for a long time. After being thoroughly disappointed with several - "well established High street Estate Agents", we decided to give "Sell My Home" a try. At first we felt a little unsure, then very soon we were really impressed by the professionalism & extremely helpful manner in which we were immediately dealt with, our initial questions were answered spot on (with no waffling). The photo shoot.....wow! The camera man was very experienced!.... Stands, lighting... he must have taken between 80 -100 shots! Then after the team chose the best shots, a very impressive web page of our house, including valuation was live & really quickly, (and a "decent valuation", not like the high street agents, going in cheap just to sell it quickly! "Tom", "Will" & Staff were all really helpful. "Tom" in particular dealt with us & we felt confident all the way. We had calls within 12 hours of it going live & "Genuine" buyers viewing, no time wasters!!!! From start to finish, the final buyer took 5 weeks, from their offer being accepted to final completion of sale! To make matters even better....the value for money - "Sell My Home" charged, bearing in mind all that they had to do, was exceptional!!!! We could not have been happier! And we would recommended this company to anyone trying to sell their home, wether it's a flat or a mansion, you will not be disappointed!!!! Well done Guys!!! THANK YOU!!
