Items not quality checked before sending to customer.
I ordered two items which were sent out unchecked. Both items were faulty - one even had been cut through with scissors so I alerted Biscuit and sent the items back. I paid for postage but they will not reimburse me for this. The items should never have been sent but I am the one who had to deal with the cost and hassle of the return.
