Great experience with Arpanu Medical

I had a breast reduction surgery with Prof. Dr. İlker and I am so happy with the result! It was the best desicion I made and absolutely recommend him and Arpanu Medical! He is a highly professional surgeon! Before my surgery Betül helped me to make this desicion by explaining to me all the details, answering all my questions and calming my worries. Betül was very kind, supportive and patient with me! Everything was greatly organized, the pickup from airport, the accomondation in a very nice 5 star hotel, the transfers to the doctor and the clinic. Thank you to Betül for organizing everything so perfectly! My translator Nisa is a great translator, very kind, caring and helpful during the doctors visit, in the clinic before and after the surgery! She made me feel calmer and comfortable during the pretests for the surgery and waited patiently with me till the evening when the surgery was. Thank you to Nisa for that! Prof. Dr. İlker, his assisting nurse and the entire team did an excellent job! After surgery my post op consultant Bahar visited me in clinic, helped with translation, is kind, helpful, supportive and she checks regularly on me to make sure I feel good and everything is fine! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all for this wonderful experience! Negative was that the nurses in hospital med Istanbul didn't look after me very well after the surgery. When I pressed the call button during the night, the nurses didn't come. I was glad to have my sister with me who helped me go to toilet and bring me water to drink. Also my throat was very dry and hurted because of intubation during anaesthesia. Swallowing and eating was very painful for a week. I asked the nurse to give me something to make the throat pain go away. She said she will give me a medicament but then she forgot about it. I had to ask the nurses several times for the same thing till they got active. All in all I am very content and happy with Arpanu Medical and definitely recommend it!!!
