Gym instructor workshop
I’ve just been on the gym instructor workshop with Ben Finning and have learnt so much in such a short space of time! Ben’s knowledge is incredible but what really makes him stand out is his enthusiasm, energy and passion for what he does - you walk away wanting to do more, know more and be the best you can be. I was very nervous about attending the workshop but needn’t have been as Ben was thorough in his teaching and demonstrations and ensured that the group mixed and got to know each other.
