I could not reach holiday home because I got stuck in snow I skidded scaring my family big time We lost our excursions which were already pre-paid Asked for refund - of the snow tyres which I did not get - of the snow chains which were of the wrong size - of the excursions lost - of the taxis I had to pay because the car was not as ordered Result: Total silence - My credit card was still charges in full and I did not even get any feedback at all A disaster company - STAY AWAY To Sixt: Thank you for stealing me.
