Ordering problems/communication problems
Having moved into a new home in December 2024 with windows fitted by Anglian in 2018 and 2019, I have tried on numerous occasions by phone and by email to obtain keys for these windows as they were not provided when we moved in. I am going round in circles! I have ordered keys from the website which were not the correct ones and had to return them. I have today tried calling again to receive an email from Customer Engagement telling me to order them on-line. I simply want to speak to somebody who can order the correct keys for me.
