Six Months of Rodent Infestation – No Real Resolution We’ve endured six months of rodent infestation in a property managed by The Chant Group, and the experience has been appalling. Despite countless emails, pest control reports, and even rodents getting into our bedroom and personal belongings, the issue was never taken seriously. Instead of acting on clear professional advice for structural proofing, we were sent a handyman who carried out poor patch-up work — which pest control later confirmed was inadequate. The problem has repeatedly been downplayed, communication has been inconsistent, and there's been no meaningful accountability or urgency. We’ve had to throw away contaminated items, constantly disinfect our home, and live with stress and disruption for half a year. For a premium rent, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting a property managed by The Chant Group.
