Poor customer relations
Bought four tubs of grout and explained it might be more than I needed. Was told I could return what I didn’t need. Used three tubs and went to return the fourth one and was told that there was a ten per cent charge for returns! Pointed out that I was not informed of this charge when I made the original purchase One of the staff was extremely rude and argumentative and the till would not allow the full refund. Asked to see the manager and was told he was not in. Be careful with BPS as this seems to be a new policy which was not explained on when making the purchase earlier in the week. Not a happy customer
