Discovered some items in my order were discontinued by the vendor - Medical Mega contacted me with substitutions - My others items were shipped rather than waiting for my substitutions to be included - All items arrived within the original time frame - This was my first experience with this company - I will continue purchasing my urinary supplies from Medical Mega since their prices are excellent and so is their customer support.
